This week's posts are about how we're spending our half terms, but hopefully you can get some ideas from it too - and share your own in the comments. We'll be updating our days throughout the week, so make sure to keep checking back!
(We now have a Twitter and Tumblr - links are to the side too.)
Alison: While Sabrina has been sat next to me since half seven, and still is (I'm having to type with one hand as she is making the other one 'dance' to 'Escape (The Pina Colada Song)'), I was out today at a museum with my Mum, Gran and brothers. The museum is about Steam Trains and the work both put into them, and of them. We then went to the cafe within the museum. Unfortunately though, as a vegetarian, (and moreover, as a fussy vegetarian) there was nothing for me to eat other than the snack items. (Well... there was a Ploughman's sandwich, but it had mustard on it - and I don't eat mustard... Do you see my problem here?). In the end, I ended up with a bag of crisps, a slice of chocolate cake and a bottle of Pepsi (so much health here...).
Anyway, my point is - lack of food available to vegetarians aside - a simple day trip out to a museum can actually be pretty fun - and it's just getting out of the house that I see as the important thing (and even if you can't, invest in a yo-yo because that kept me occupied for the rest of the day until Sabrina arrived).

Sabrina: Today has actually been slightly more productive than yesterday. Okay, I did sleep in a bit, but I managed to get some stuff done in the end. First of all, I did some of my art coursework and wrote down everything that I have to do before the deadline (which is next Thursday). Then, I packed my stuff and headed to Alison's house, seeing as we are going shopping together tomorrow. I've pretty much just been annoying Alison for the past few hours, and it's been hilarious - I was wiggling her limbs about and doing other things to wind her up. For example, I cracked my knuckles, licked her hand, and put on The Pina Colada Song. However, I was actually being productive before doing these irritating things; I edited our new tumblr blog theme, as well as my aesthetic blog and main blog themes (ooh look at that promo). I decided to go for mainly plain and simple designs - which should have kept it "plain and simple", which it was, up until Alison's internet died and I thought I had lost all of my progress. But thankfully, it was easily recovered and the new themes look pretty cool, if I do say so myself. So basically, if you're really bored, then make something that looks good, look even better, and waste your time!
