Both Sabrina and I are currently off for Easter and while we really should be studying for the three exams that will hit us when we go back I think I can speak for both of us when I say that we are really enjoying the much needed break. (Although I have done some revision- not to worry). At the moment, I have been spending a lot of time with my family as my Dad actually has a few days off of work, and as Sabrina is all the way over in Oxford I haven't seen much of her. Judging from the pictures and messages she still sends everyday, I gather she's having a pretty great time there.
Anyway, I thought I'd tell you all about the lovely place I visited yesterday; Lulworth Cove, 'a cove near the village of West Lulworth, on the Jurassic Coast World Heritage Site in Dorset'. It really was beautiful and was actually a really nice day out.
On the way there, I was sat right in the back of my car with Barney, who is doing surprisingly well in cars now compared to how he used to be. (When we first got him he was extremely nervous about everything and while he still carries that with him now, sometimes he shows us little signs of bravery). I was actually a bit apprehensive about the day, as Mum had told us that we were going to a fossil place, which I didn't really regard as my ideal day, but as we ended up a little bit lost, we found ourselves here instead.
I did end up heading back to the car with my youngest brother after we had visited the Cove and my family decided to climb another hill- I was feeling a bit faint (still not feeling great...) and he has a fear of heights. However, I did get a couple of pictures with the cows who we found at the foot of the hill- a friendly bunch who sat quite happily while my brothers drew them and took selfies with them.
Let me know which picture is your favourite, and where your favourite seaside place to visit is in the comments section,
See you soon with another blog post,
